At Fairhills High School, students have access to a comprehensive STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) program that provides both core and elective subjects for all year levels.

The program also includes extra-curricular initiatives like the Victorian Enrichment Series, high-ability programs, and KIOSC (Knox Innovation, Opportunity, and Sustainability Centre).

Students participate in a range of challenges, such as the Swinburne University Space Challenge, Melbourne University Spaghetti Challenge, and Superhack Coding Challenge, developing critical thinking and problem-solving skills and preparing for future success in a rapidly-changing world.
