I am a member of the Fairhills alumni
What inspires you in your role?
I love seeing ‘light bulb’ moments with students – the moment that a concept makes sense or they further develop a skill.
Do you have any hobbies or interests outside of work?
I love spending time with my husband and two boys. I also do a lot of craft work & sewing.
What’s a favourite book, movie, or TV show you would recommend?
I love a good Aussie movie – The Lighthorseman, The Man from Snowy River and Young Einstein are a few of my favourites
What advice would you give to students or parents?
Being a Science nerd my favourite quote for students is “Always think like a proton – be positive ”
What’s a memorable moment you’ve had at the school?
Central Australia camp
What’s your favourite part of the school day?
The mornings – getting into school early and hearing the kookaburras laughing outside the SLC.
